This interactive Quizshow offers full participation to the viewer via phone or internet. German celebs and a mass audience are sharing the hot seat while number one host Johannes B. Kerner asks interesting and challenging questions.

In spring 2007 the first episode of the quizshow 'Wie schlau ist Deutschland' (translated 'How smart is Germany') aired on ZDF as a primetime show-event. The concept of the show is stated in the title - all of Germany is on trial and has to prove what it's worth! A few German celebrities form the prime candidates. Furthermore there are groups of interest in the studio as a special focus, such as pilots, nurses, teachers, mechanics and many more. But at the same time every German resident can prticipate via phone or internet. All give answers are taken into account when we finally find out how many Germans got the right answers.
With this incoming flood of information it is no wonder that 4TV chose Ventuz as their tool for processing and displaying the statistics in real-time. Ventuz also allowed for the fancy 3D-design on screen and on stage. The setup also included video-feeds from interviews taken on the streets.
